Abstract


The purpose of present study was to investigate factors that might influence the success of entrepreneurs. It involves the measurement at the individual level that reveals the emotion factor (entrepreneurial passion), entrepreneurial identity and motive of entrepreneurship. In this framework, the authors attempted to test that entrepreneurial passion is determined by the presence of a person's identity. In addition, it also predicted that the motive factor, either on the basis of opportunity and necessity, were related to the identity of an entrepreneur and entrepreneurial passion. Data were collected with questionnaire. The results of this study were expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence the success of entrepreneurship.
